PROCEDURES
* Contract is signed
and returned with booking fee or full payment with discount.( a
$50.00 discount is given for full payment at time of booking
with fully completed contract)
* All semen is paid in full prior to
shipment as per contract.
* Payment arrangements for Fed Ex
shipping charges must be made such as supplying Fed Ex account
number or credit card. (there is a place for this on the
contract)
* All shipping requests made by
phone 1 day prior to shipping date. 865-397-8190. Please leave
the address where shipment is to be delivered at time of
shipping request.
* We ship via Fed Ex holding at
location or to specified address as per instructions.
* Competent veterinarian familiar
with reproduction procedures must inseminate mare. Vet must
complete, sign and fax Vet statement to 865-397-5035.
* Mare owner returns shipping box as
per shipping instructions.
* Mare owner notifies Hidden Promise
Farm of pregnancy or the need of another shipment.
DISCOUNTS:
$50.00 Making payment in full at time of
booking and having all paperwork complete.
$100.00 Making payment in full at time of booking and having all
paperwork complete before Feb 1 of that breeding year.
Multiple mare discount is offered and is handled on an
individual basis depending on how many mares and what breed.
